  • I have received a defective item / my Womanizer has stopped working. How do I claim my warranty?
    If your WOMANIZER™ is found to be defective within the warranty period, it may be eligible for replacement. For our full warranty terms and conditions, see our Warranty & Returns Policy. ​

    WOW Tech Europe GmbH (“WOW”) offers a 5-year warranty on all rechargeable and battery-powered items purchased through WOW directly or any Authorized Re-Seller.  ​

  • Does the Womanizer warranty apply to all products?

    Please contact your reseller.

  • If I purchased a Womanizer product with a 2-year warranty, is it automatically extended to 5 years?

  • I need a replacement head for my Womanizer. Where can I buy one?

  • I have submitted a warranty / return request. How soon can I expect a response?
    We will get back to you as soon as we have verified all information. This can take about 3 to 5 business days.
  • Do you offer a repair service?
    We do not offer any kind of repair service due to hygienic standards. In order to serve you better, please let us know which product and what issue you are experiencing. With this information, we will be able to send you the appropriate troubleshooting techniques and, if necessary, our warranty information.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Once an order has been placed, you are unable to make any changes or additions to your order.
  • Do you offer discreet shipping?
    Yes, all our packages are shipped discreetly. Items are sent from “WOW Tech Europe GmbH" and are shipped in plain brown boxes.
  • When will I receive my package?
    Online orders are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving the order. Most orders will be delivered within 5 days after shipment; be aware that this can vary depending on region. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your WOMANIZER™ account.

  • I have not received my package but the tracking status says delivered?
    If the courier was unable to reach you when trying to deliver your package, they may have delivered it to one of your neighbors, local post office or pick-up point. ​

    Please look for an “Attempted Delivery” slip or verify the delivery information on your WOMANIZER™ account or tracking email confirmation you have received for updated information. Please note that we do not have any influence on local delivery protocols. ​

    If you are still not able to locate your package, please let us know so that we can assist you.

  • How do I know if I need a different size of stimulation head?
    If the Pleasure Air™ Technology is too intense, even at its lowest setting, consider swapping your stimulator head for a larger one. ​ If you feel unusual pressure, consider swapping your stimulator head for a larger one. ​

    If your stimulator head does not comfortable encircle your clitoral head, consider swapping your stimulator head for a larger one. ​

    If you’re seeking a more intense stimulation, consider swapping your stimulator head for a smaller one. ​

    We offer S, M and L stimulator heads for most of our products. ​

  • How do I turn my Womanizer on/off?
    Quick reference:
    Premium: Hold power button for approximately 2 seconds ​
    DUO: Hold button on top back side (opposite from stimulator head) of your product. ​
    Classic: Hold power button for approximately 2 seconds ​
    Liberty: Hold (+) button ​
    Starlet 2: Hold the (+) button to turn on, hold (-) to turn off ​
    Starlet: Press the only button​
    InsideOut: Hold the (+) button that has a ring around it for 2 seconds ​
    Pro 40: Hold power button for approximately 2 seconds ​

  • How long can I play with my Womanizer?
    Of course, you can enjoy quality time with your WOMANIZER™ as long as you like. However, we recommend that you do not use the Womanizer for more than 15 minutes – and only for the intended purpose, i.e. clitoral stimulation. Please stop using your Womanizer immediately if you feel pain or discomfort. ​

    Please do not use the toy if you wear a pacemaker. If you are pregnant and have recently given birth, or if you suffer from skin diseases or have other relevant health problems, please consult your doctor before use. The same applies if your body has an allergic reaction to the material.​
  • What kind of lubricant can I use with my Womanizer?
    Water-based lubricants are the best option for Womanizer products. The stimulator head is made from a medical grade silicone that can be deteriorated by silicone lubricants. ​
  • Can I use my Womanizer in the shower?
    You can use all WOMANIZER™s with waterproof icon in the bath or shower as they are IPX7 waterproof. ​

    WOMANIZER™s with IPX7: Pro, Premium, Plus Size, Pro40, Classic, InsideOut, Duo, Liberty, Starlet 2 ​

    Other WOMANIZER™s are splash-proof due to their method of charging. Please consult your user manual or product packaging to confirm whether your WOMANIZER™ is IPX7 waterproof before submerging the device.
  • What’s the difference between Pleasure Air Technology and a vibrator?
    WOMANIZER™ products gently stimulate the clitoris without touching it, leading to a new kind of extraordinary orgasm – even if you’ve never experienced an orgasm before. The WOMANIZER™’s stimulator head encircles the clitoris and uses Pleasure Air™ Technology to gently pulse air in and out, stimulating nerve endings that wouldn’t otherwise be stimulated. It feels like sucking and massaging sensations but elevated to another level. Unlike vibrators that directly stimulate, Pleasure Air™ Technology doesn't cause desensitization or clitoral fatigue.
  • Can I use my Womanizer with a piercing?
    We recommend that you remove any body piercings or jewelry that may be close in proximity to WOMANIZER™ ​
  • My Womanizer isn’t working. What do I do?
    If your WOMANIZER™ does not work, first, check if the product is charged. ​

    The LEDs on your device will light up or flash when your product is on. The LEDs will also indicate whether your product is fully charged when you plug it in. See LED configurations below for more details. ​

    Charging: We recommend that you fully charge your WOMANIZER™ before your first use. When you receive your WOMANIZER™, the rechargeable battery is pre-charged for a short period of use and may have discharged fully due to environmental influences. Your WOMANIZER™ may become warm during charging, this is normal. Please use the charging cable provided in the box. Wait two to three minutes, and check that it’s properly charging before walking away. ​

    Smart Silence™: If you have a WOMANIZER™ Premium and DUO, the reason might be the feature called Smart Silence™. This technology will only turn the product on when it meets your skin. It is a default feature/setting. If you want to turn off Smart Silence™ , press the (+) and (-) buttons at the same time for at least two seconds. It works the same way to enable the Smart Silence™ again. Ensure stimulator head is free so that the Smart Silence™ can calibrate itself again. ​

    Standby Function: Your device may have turned itself off. Most WOMANIZER™s have a standby feature used to conserve your battery life. It will turn the device off automatically when it has been working in the same intensity level for a while or if you have set the intensity levels to 0 for an extended period. Press any button in order to avoid the standby mode shutoff. For more details for your specific product’s standby function, see below. ​

  • Where are the LED lights on my Womanizer? What do the LEDs mean?

    PREMIUM: There are three LED lights above the Power button. 

     

    Manual mode: All three LEDs are on. 

    Autopilot™ mode: Only one LED is on. 

    SOFT (intensity level 1-4): The lower LED is on. 

    MED (intensity level 1-8): The middle LED is on. 

    INTENSE (intensity level 1-12): The upper LED is on. 

     

    Battery level: The LEDs will display the battery level when your PREMIUM is plugged in. 

    Fully charged: All three LEDs are on. 

    Half charged: The lower two LEDs are on. 

    Battery low: The lower LED blinks. 

     

     

    DUO: The white LED is located inside the stimulator head. 

     

    ON: Your DUO immediately goes to standby mode when it is switched on – you will know that is on when the light is lit. 

    Intensity change: The LED flashes once with every intensity level change. If you have already reached the highest or lowest level, the LED will not flash. 

    Low Battery: If the LED is flashing when your DUO is on, the battery is low. 

    Charging: The LED flashes when your DUO is charging. When it is fully charged, the LED stops flashing and will stay lit. 

     

     

    CLASSIC: There is an LED encircling the power button. 

     

    ON: The LED light is on.  

    Intensity change: The LED flashes once with every intensity level change. If you have already reached the highest or lowest level, the LED will not flash. 

    Low Battery: If the LED is flashing when your CLASSIC is on, the battery is low. 

    Charging: The LED flashes when your CLASSIC is charging. When it is fully charged, the LED stops flashing and will stay lit. 

     

     

    LIBERTY: The white LED is located inside the stimulator head. 

     

    ON: The LED light is on.  

    Intensity change: The LED flashes once with every intensity level change. If you have already reached the highest or lowest level, the LED will not flash. 

    Low Battery: If the LED is flashing when your LIBERTY is on, the battery is low. 

    Charging: The LED flashes when your LIBERTY is charging. When it is fully charged, the LED stops flashing and will stay lit. If you are charging your LIBERTY with the magnetic case on, you will have to open it occasionally to check the LED light. 

     

     

    STARLET 2: The white LED is located inside the stimulator head. 

     

    ON: The LED light is on.  

    Intensity change: The LED flashes once with every intensity level change. If you have already reached the highest or lowest level, the LED will not flash. 

    Low Battery: If the LED is flashing when your STARLET is on, the battery is low. 

    Charging: The LED flashes when your STARLET is charging. When it is fully charged, the LED stops flashing and will stay lit. 

     

     

    STARLET: The LED is located inside the stimulator head. 

    Charging: The LED flashes red. When your device is fully charged, the red LED will stay lit. 

     

     

    InsideOutThe LED is located inside the stimulator head. 

     

    ON: The LED light is on.  

    Standby: LED is constant/red. 

    Charging: The LED flashes green. When your device is fully charged, the green LED will stay lit. 

     

     

    PRO 40: The LED is located inside the stimulator head. 

     

    ON: The LED will flash. 

    Low Battery: The LED flashes red. 

    Charging: The LED flashes green. When your device is fully charged, the green LED will stay lit. 

     

    PRO/W500: The LED is located inside the stimulator head. 

     

    ON: The LED will flash. 

    Low Battery: The LED flashes red. 

    Charging: The LED flashes green. When your device is fully charged, the green LED will stay lit. 

     

    2 Go: The LED is located inside the stimulator head. 

     

    ON: The LED will flash. 

    Low Battery: The LED flashes red. 

    Charging: The LED flashes green. When your device is fully charged, the green LED will stay lit. 

  • What is Smart Silence? How do I turn it on / off?

    This technology will only turn the product on when it meets your skin. It allows you to enjoy the intimate moments after using your product without distraction and in the most discreet way. Smart Silence™ always starts from the intensity level that was last selected or from the Autopilot function mode that was last set. 

    Standby: If Smart Silence™ doesn’t sense closeness to your skin and remains in Standby mode for an extended period, it will turn your Womanizer off to conserve battery life. 

    ON/OFF: If you want to turn off Smart Silence™ , press the (+) and (-) buttons at the same time for at least two seconds. You will notice that the function has been switched off when your Womanizer is permanently active – in other words, not only when placed on your skin. The same steps are required to enable Smart Silence again. Ensure stimulator head is not touching your skin so that the Smart Silence can calibrate itself again. 

    Smart Silence is only currently available on PREMIUM and DUO models. It is the default setting. 

  • My Smart Silence doesn’t work. 
    Whenever you change the head on your Womanizer, Smart Silence™ feature must be recalibrated. To do this, the device must first be switched off. Remove the current head and then switch the device on. Smart Silence should now work, causing the LEDs to light up, but the device remains still and in stand-by. Now place the new head on the device and make sure that the head is inserted the right way. Now do not touch the head any longer and the device will automatically calibrate itself within the next 10 seconds. You can tell that it has worked successfully by the fact that the device will go back into stand-by and become still while the LEDs continue to light up. Your Womanizer is now ready for use as usual with Smart Silence.  ​
  • How long will my Womanizer stay in standby mode before turning off?

    To conserve battery life, standby mode will turn your Womanizer off automatically when it has been working in the same intensity level or if you have set the intensity levels to 0 (device dependent) for an extended period. Press any button in order to avoid the standby mode shutoff. 

    For more details for your specific product’s standby function, see below: 

    CLASSIC: Auto Power OFF when not charging or in operation for 30mins 

    CLASSIC 2: Auto Power OFF when not charging, or in operation for 10mins, or the battery is low for 5 mins. 

    DUO: Auto Power OFF - Stop all motor, Power LED off and IC into sleep mode when motor stops for 10mins, or low battery for 5mins. 

    INSIDEOUT: Auto Power OFF when motor stops for 10 mins or low battery for 5mins. 

    LIBERTY: Auto Power OFF when not charging or in operation for 10mins. 

    PREMIUM: Auto Power OFF when motor stops for 5 mins or low battery for 5mins. 

    PREMIUM 2: Auto Power OFF when not charging, or in operation for 10 min, or low battery for 5mins. 

    PREMIUM ECO: Auto Power OFF when not charging, or in operation for 10mins, or low battery for 5mins. 

    STARLET: Auto Power Off when not charging or in operation for 30 min. 

    STARLET 2: Auto Power OFF when not charging or in operation for 10mins 

    STARLET 3: Auto Power OFF when not charging, or in operation for 10mins, or the battery is low for 5 mins. 

    W500: Auto Power Off when not charging or in operation for 30 min. 

  • PREMIUM – How does the Autopilot work?

    Autopilot™ will take you through spontaneous rhythms and intensity levels without having to adjust the settings manually. It will keep surprising you and keep your routine fresh. When Autopilot is activated, you can switch the intensity level range with (+) and (-) buttons. You should see the LED light switch from the first to the second or third light. 

    Autopilot™ LEDs: Only one LED is on. 

    SOFT (intensity level 1-4): The lower LED is on. 

    MED (intensity level 1-8): The middle LED is on. 

    INTENSE (intensity level 1-12): The upper LED is on. 

  • Can I use my Womanizer during my period?
    ​​​Yes, you can use your WOMANIZER™ during your period. The medical grade silicone doesn't interfere with any of your bodily functions and you may find that masturbation during your period may help with any discomfort you experience. Use of a G-spot stimulator during your period is possible. However, do not use any internal stimulators while using a tampon. Ensure that there is adequate lubrication and perhaps put a towel down to protect your surfaces. Just make sure to properly clean your device and do what makes you comfortable.
  • How do I find my G-spot?
    To find the G-Spot, curl your finger or a toy into the vagina and press up against the upper wall (toward the stomach). Many people report that they feel an area that is more textured than the rest of the vaginal canal just inside the entrance to the vagina (approximately 1 inch although some report that it is deeper at 2-3 inches); as it is stimulated, you may feel some swelling in the area through the vaginal wall.  ​

    We suggest that you explore your body for pleasure as opposed to a specific outcome. It doesn’t matter whether you find the G-Spot if you’re enjoying the exploration. 
  • What is the difference between bioplastics like Biolene and ABS?
    The most important difference between ABS and Biolene is that Biolene is biodegradable. ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a petroleum-based plastic that is energetically recovered, and then incinerated the end of its lifecycle. Biolene is biobased, biodegradable and industrially compostable. The compound mainly consists of polylactic acid (PLA). More than 70% of the total carbon within the polymer is biobased which means it is derived from biomass.
  • Biolene is biodegradable – does this mean that it will degrade after a couple of years?
    No. Biolene only biodegrades under controlled industrial environments. In nature, bio-based plastics such as polylactic acid (PLA) compost completely within very short periods of time compared to petroleum-based plastics. Apart from the natural organic basic substances, no toxic residues such as inorganic compounds, chlorine- / hydrocarbon compounds remain.
  • Are we aware of any allergies Biolene might cause?
    There no known allergies associated with Biolene. This compound is manufactured without the intentional use of substances currently known to be or suspected of being food allergens. Furthermore, it is manufactured without the use of ingredients listed in Annex IIIa of Directive 2007/86/EC and Annex III LMKV.
  • Is the Womanizer PREMIUM eco vegan?
    PREMIUM eco as well as the other products of the Womanizer portfolio are vegan-friendly. We can say with confidence that PREMIUM eco is manufactured with no animal byproducts, or animal-derived components, and Womanizer conducts absolutely no animal testing.
  • What lube can be used with Biolene?
    Water-based lubricants are the best option for Womanizer products. The stimulation head is made from body safe silicone that might deteriorate when silicone lubricants are used.
  • Can the Womanizer PREMIUM eco be recycled?
    Yes, we’ve designed PREMIUM eco to be easily disassembled and the components recycled individually, including the battery. Premium eco’s Biolene body can be placed in your ordinary household waste, where it will be thermally recycled and converted into energy, to contribute to sustainable power generation.
  • How do I recycle the PREMIUM eco?
    If it’s time to part ways with your device, it can be done sustainably by disassembling the device and recycling the individual parts appropriately. Remove all screws. Remove the cap and the ring on the top of the product. Now you can disassemble the device completely in its individual parts and dispose of them accordingly. There will be some residual waste as PREMIUM eco is an electronic device as all other Womanizer devices.
