Returns & Replacements

We do our best to ensure our customers' satisfaction. However, there may be instances when an item needs to be returned.

Please note that you may only return sealed items in their original packaging – they must not have been opened. Due to hygiene regulations, opened items cannot be returned. Please note refunds will only be issued to items returned within 30 days of purchase date.

To return an item please firstly contact customer service with your proof of purchase for the womanizer at service.eu@womanizer.de.

Next, send your unwanted unit including all cords and accessories to the following address:

We are sorry to hear that your womanizer is defective.

Please note that your purchase date must be within the two-year guarantee.

As soon as we receive your return, it will be examined and we will notify you via email.

Please note, we are only able to exchange items for the same product. We are only able to provide the replacement within Europe.

There are currently two types of charging cords.

If you own a waterproof womanizer W500/womanizer Pro, womanizer 2Go, womanizer PRO40 or a womanizer Plus Size, you will need this cable: Barrel Jack 5V Cable USB to 2.5mm

If you own a womanizer W100 or a non-waterproof womanizer W500/womanizer Pro, this is your cable: USB 2.0 Type A to Micro-B Cable

Orders & shipment

Once an order has been placed you are unable to make any changes or amendments to your order.

Yes, all of our packages are shipped discreetly. Items are shipped in plan brown boxes, with the company address written as "WOW Tech Europe GmbH".

If our courier was unable to reach you when trying to deliver your parcel, they may have delivered it to one of your neighbours. Please try and contact your neighbour or check if it has been dropped off at your local post office. If you are still not able to locate your parcel, please let us know so that we can assist you.
